Mr. Mangeshji Chivte is the Founder of the Chief Minister's Medical Assistance Cell and the chief architect of this remarkable initiative. During the tenure of Hon'ble Mr. Eknath Shinde as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Mr. Chivte served as the Head of the Chief Minister's Medical Assistance Cell and rendered outstanding service to the people of the state.

Under his visionary leadership, the Chief Minister's Medical Assistance Cell has provided financial assistance exceeding ₹450 crore to economically weaker and underprivileged patients across Maharashtra, helping save more than 50,000 lives. He has consistently worked with dedication to ensure that needy patients receive timely and life-saving medical treatment.

Mr. Chivte has played a significant role in organising thousands of blood donation camps, free health check-up camps, Maha Arogya Camps, heart surgery assistance programmes, cancer treatment guidance initiatives, and several other healthcare service activities throughout Maharashtra. Dr. Poornima Sonkamble is a highly experienced and dedicated Consultant Anaesthesiologist with over 25 years of distinguished experience in the medical field. She is originally from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, and is currently serving as a Consultant Anaesthesiologist at Sir J. J. Hospital, Mumbai.

Alongside her professional medical practice, Dr. Sonkamble has devoted herself to social service and public health awareness. She actively works to promote awareness about personal hygiene, nutrition, women's health, preventive healthcare, and healthy lifestyle practices. He retired as the General Manager from Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited (RCF), a prestigious Public Sector Undertaking under the Government of India, where he played a significant role in managing large-scale industrial operations and mentoring technical teams.

Following his retirement, Mr. Dahiwale has continued to contribute his expertise as an Advisor to a multinational company in Egypt, where he has been serving for the past seven years. His continued international engagement reflects his exceptional leadership, technical excellence, and vast industry experience.

As a Senior Physical Education Teacher, Mr. Mhaske believes that physical fitness plays a vital role in a student's overall development. I am Kishor Meshram, a Mathematics and Science teacher with 26 years of teaching experience at Anwan High School, Andhali, Taluka Kurkheda, District Gadchiroli, which is run by Bahujan Hitay Shikshan Sansthan, Kurkheda.

Our school is located in a PESA tribal (Adivasi) area, where I am committed to providing quality education through innovative, student-centered teaching methods. I teach Mathematics and Science using a variety of effective techniques that make learning interesting, practical, and easy to understand.

I regularly participate in district-level Mathematics and Science teachers' orientation and training programmes to update my knowledge and improve my teaching skills. I also encourage students to develop scientific thinking and mathematical skills by preparing them for Mathematics programmes, Science Exhibitions, and other academic competitions at the Taluka and District levels.

In addition to classroom teaching, I actively contribute to various school and community initiatives as a Nodal Teacher, including awareness programmes on tobacco and other harmful addictions, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, tree plantation drives, and other educational and social activities that promote responsible citizenship and environmental awareness.

Mr. Dnyaneshwar Kisan Sonwane has been serving as a Regular Assistant Teacher (Science) at Anwan High School, Andhali Fata, Taluka Kurkheda, District Gadchiroli, run by Bahujan Hitay Shikshan Sanstha, Kurkheda, since 2001. Our school is located in a remote rural area and is committed to providing quality education to students from nearby villages. To ensure that students can attend school without difficulty, the management provides free school bus transportation, benefiting students from five to seven surrounding villages. He has been actively involved in promoting scientific awareness and scientific temper among students, successfully organizing the Taluka-Level Science Exhibition at our school in 2012 and 2021, and participating regularly in the Taluka-Level Science Exhibition every year from 2001 to 2026.

In accordance with the Government's objective of developing a scientific outlook among students, he has conducted and coordinated several science-related activities such as Science Exhibitions, Science Fairs, Science Drama Festivals, and Various Scientific Awareness Programmes. In addition, he has served as a Resource Person at Taluka-Level and District-Level Educational Conferences, contributing to teacher training and academic development. His vision is to nurture scientific temper, curiosity, creativity, observation skills, and innovation among students through activity-based and experimental learning, thereby ensuring their holistic development.

His educational qualifications include M.Sc. and B.Ed., and his professional experience spans continuous service as an Assistant Teacher (Science) since 2001. His achievements include organizing Taluka-Level Science Exhibitions in 2012 and 2021, regular participation in Taluka-Level Science Exhibitions from 2001 to 2026, working as a Resource Person in Taluka and District-Level Educational Conferences, and conducting various government-sponsored science activities to promote scientific temper among students, firmly believing that "Value-based and Experiment-oriented Education is the True Path to Progress.

Mrs. Charulata Rahul Walde has been serving as a teacher at Aawan Vidyalaya for the past five years. She holds a Master's degree in English (M.A. English) and has qualified the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) and the State Eligibility Test (SET).

She has actively contributed to the District English Question Bank Committee, participating in the development of quality academic resources to strengthen English language education.

The institution is dedicated to providing free and quality education to students from a tribal and Naxal-affected region. Mr. Hajare has consistently guided students in preparing innovative projects and models for Taluka, District, and State-Level Science Exhibitions, where many have earned recognition and awards. Ms. Purnima Khushabrao Dongre is a dedicated and passionate Computer Instructor with 7 years of teaching experience.
